How to Publish Content (Instructions and Descriptions)

To publish any content for your organization, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Lab Section: Log in to your organization account and go to the Lab section where your content (instructions and descriptions) is listed.

  2. Select the Content: Locate the lab that you want to publish its content. Click on the three-dot icon from the drop down click on "Draft".

  1. Publish the Content: From the pop menu, select “Publish”. This will immediately make the instruction or description visible to all members within the organization.

  1. You can also unpublish content this will make the instruction and description set to Tiaspaces instructions and descriptions.

Important Notes

  • If an instruction or description is not published, members will see the default content provided by Tiaspaces.

  • Ensure that your content is finalized and reviewed before publishing, as it will be the version visible to all members.

  • while a content is still under editing, they can always add and edit provided they haven’t published it so that it’s not visible

By managing the visibility of instructions and descriptions, organization owners can control the learning and information flow within their organization.
